Closed Meeting Policy
PALISI Meetings are open exclusively to members, both in-person and virtually. Prior to attending, please verify that you or your institution has obtained membership. If membership has not been secured before the meeting, you will receive an invoice for meeting membership. For additional details on PALISI memberships, please visit https://www.palisi.org/join-renew-membership.
Confidentiality Agreement
Many topics and materials discussed during the meeting are considered confidential and should not be shared outside PALISI. Specifically, please do not take a photo, screenshot, or recording of any data or share any slides on social media. Violation may jeopardize your PALISI membership and future meeting attendance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@palisi.org 30 days prior to the meeting. Any cancellations received after this date, are not eligible for a refund. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Please notify us via email of any substitutions.
If the conference is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental regulations, we will make every effort to reschedule. However, our liability is limited to the conference registration fee, and we are not responsible for any other costs incurred by participants.
