Hello PALISI Site Administrators!
Before we carve our way into the PALISI Network Spring 2026 Meeting, it’s time for a mid-year tune-up to make sure your site is fully prepared to log in, register, and glide smoothly into the Spring 2026 Meeting.

Below is your Ski Trail to Success — follow each checkpoint to ensure your site is ready for registration, credits, and communication with your members.
🎿 Checkpoint 1: Site Admin Check-In: Are You the One Wearing the Admin Badge?
You’re the right Site Administrator if you typically manage registration, dues payments, and help others at your site.
✔️ If that’s you: Fantastic — keep skiing down the trail!
❌ If not: Please email the correct person’s name and email to finance@palisi.org so we can update our records. Please also share this email with the correct person.
🎿 Checkpoint 2: Log In & Test Your Access
You’ll need a smooth entry into your site’s member portal to assist others.
Go to palisi.org → Member Portal
Log in using the email address at which you received this communication
If you forgot your password → click Reset Password
Don’t see the reset email? Check Spam/Junk folders
Make sure your login works now — peak meeting season comes fast!
🎿 Checkpoint 3: Count Your Credits
Your credits appear on the left side of the portal, under your profile picture.
Things to remember:
Credits are used when registering your site’s members for the main meeting only. Fees for paid events such as the Clinical Research Course must be paid directly.
Pricing per credit decreases when you purchase larger bulk packages
⚠️ All credits expire on June 30, 2026 — plan to use them at the Spring Meeting

🎿 Checkpoint 4: Update Your Site Membership List
Make sure your site member roster is up-to-date:
Add new members
Remove those no longer affiliated
Update email addresses and roles
Only individuals on your site list can spend credits.

It’s time to gather key info for Spring Meeting planning. Send a message like the one below to your team:

1. Meeting Attendance
Do you plan to attend the Spring 2026 PALISI Meeting? If so, will you participate virtually or in person?
2. Pre-Meeting Day Participation
Will you attend the Clinical Research Course (in person only)? Will you attend the HSCT Meeting (in person or virtual)? Will you participate in the SOCRA Exam or Clinical Research Coordinators Meeting?
3. Travel Dates
Clinical Research Course, HSCT, and other Pre-Meeting Day participants:➡️ Arrive evening of March 3, 2026

🎿 Checkpoint 6: Check Your Credit Supply & Register Your Members
Make sure you have enough credits for everyone who has responded to your email who wants to attend.
Registration Options (found under Credit Events in the Member Portal):
🔴 General Members- 1 Credit per attendance (For faculty, investigators, practitioners, respiratory therapists) – attending in person
🔵 Research Professionals- .5 Credit per attendance (For coordinators, research nurses, assistants, trainees) – attending in person
🟢 Virtual Participants – .5 Credit per attendance (For all roles)- attending virtually
⚠️Selecting the incorrect registration option can lead to delays and credit balance discrepancies.
⏰ Registration Deadline: February 11, 2026
Registrations after this date may:
Limit special accommodation requests
Result in seating in the overflow room
Be Limited to Virtual Registration
