Dear PALISI Investigators,
It is time to renew your PALISI membership for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. This membership will cover both the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 meetings. A PALISI membership is required to attend the PALISI Network meetings. Please review the information below and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Selecting the Appropriate Membership
PALISI Memberships are based on the number of attendances that are needed to attend the Fall 2023 meeting and Spring 2024 meeting. An attendance pass serves one member for one meeting.
Example: If three faculty members will attend both the Fall meeting and Spring Meeting, 6 attendance passes are needed for the site.
Initiating the Dues Process
Review the available PALISI Memberships at https://www.palisi.org/membership.
Select the appropriate membership(s) based on your or your institution's needs.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and add the desired memberships to your cart, and select check out.
Choose your desired payment method and provide the required information.
To pay using an Institutional Check or Wire Payment Only:
Select Manual Payment as the payment method. Complete the Required information.
Wait to receive an invoice within 5 business days.
Process the invoice using your institution's check request system. If vendor setup is required, please email the necessary documentation to admin@palisi.org. All checks should be remitted to 405 Maple Ave Suite 2477 Burlington, NC 27216
When your check is received, you will receive a confirmation email and a copy of the paid invoice.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my site is due for renewal?
All PALISI memberships are due for renewal at the same time. Memberships purchased now will be valid from July 1, 2023 thru June 30, 2024.
My Institution is requiring that PALISI be set up as a new vendor. What should I do?
Provide your accounts payable department with the W-9 form below. If additional information is needed, please direct your accounts payable department directly to us at admin@palisi.org. Please note that the new vendor process can take up to 30 Business Days to complete based on your institutional requirements.
I am new to PALISI and I have questions regarding the PALISI Membership Process.
