Reminder - Submit Final Draft Manuscripts to Scientific Steering Committee
Dear members, we want to remind you that all draft manuscripts that are sourced from PALISI subgroups, projects, etc., MUST be submitted and reviewed by the Scientific Steering Committee prior to submission for publication. You can submit your publication (or questions!) here https://www.palisi.org/research/ssc.
PALISI Approved Survey: Pediatric Code Notification System Survey
This research survey is being conducted by Dr. Taylor Nickerson, MD from Cohen Children's Medical Center / Northwell Health. We are conducting a research study about code notification procedures in children's hospitals. The following survey should take about seven minutes to complete.
The following survey is anonymous and deidentified. Please coordinate within your unique institution - we are hoping for one survey completion per responding institution.
We ask that the respondent be one of the following: an institutional lead of the pediatric code committee, a Pediatric ICU Division Chief, a Pediatric ICU Medical Director, or someone with expert knowledge of their institution's code notification processes.
Participation is voluntary. If you would prefer not to participate, simply exit the survey.
If you agree to participate, please complete the survey. Your responses are anonymous; do not put your name or other identifying information in this survey. We do not collect names, IP addresses, or identifying metadata. Please coordinate locally to submit one response per site. We ask that you try to answer all questions. However, if there are any questions that you would prefer to skip, simply leave the answer blank.
We estimate that this survey may take around ~7 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by December 31st, 2025 at 23:59.
